Choose the office closest to home, school or work. Every office follows the same protocols, so your child receives the same care wherever you book, and records move between offices if you need to switch.
- Town Center, Virginia Beach: 142 Independence Blvd, near the Town Center district.
- Red Mill, Virginia Beach: 2033 Fisher Arch, serving the southern side of the city.
- Norfolk: 155 Kingsley Ln, and Chesapeake: 237 Hanbury Rd E.
Siblings can be booked together at any office. If one office is fully booked, the team will offer the nearest office with an opening.

Yes. All six offices follow the same protocols and are part of the ICON Smile Studios group. Your child’s records are shared across offices, so any ICON office can see your child when it suits your schedule.

Which office is closest to me?
Tap Find My Closest Office above the office cards and allow location, and the nearest office moves to the front. By area: Town Center serves central Virginia Beach, Red Mill the southern side toward Sandbridge, Norfolk the north side off Granby Street, and Chesapeake the Great Bridge area.
We live outside Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake. Can we still come?
Yes. Families are welcome at any office. Choose the one that is easiest to reach from home or school.
